My kind of winter food, comfort and warming.Just bought some lamb, and I'm going to try out my Bulgarian Guvech clay pot to make some Bulgarian Guvech, which is like a casserole of lamb, eggplant, ocra, potatoes, pepper, etc baked in this traditional claypot.
Such a good meal. A Bulgarian friend of ours always makes it for us. Absolutely love it it. Hopefully mine does it justice. Here is my pot.
