Just bought some lamb, and I'm going to try out my Bulgarian Guvech clay pot to make some Bulgarian Guvech, which is like a casserole of lamb, eggplant, ocra, potatoes, pepper, etc baked in this traditional claypot.

Such a good meal. A Bulgarian friend of ours always makes it for us. Absolutely love it it. Hopefully mine does it justice. Here is my pot.



Below is not mine, but mine should look similar.

 
adding to lunch menu in a week or two when i change them all.
had left over sauce from making cauliflower cheese today so knocked it up as a test run
I have some leftover cauly-cheese, you want to drop by and share! You'll have to bring the eggs though, were out.
 
My kind of winter food, comfort and warming.
