For some reason it felt like a Paella kind of evening. Obviously it will be topped with seafood before its done. Still cooking though.

For the first time in my life, I bought a waffle maker. So after the first waffle, I made an American potato pancake! So dinner was a home cooked New York Strip Steak from Triple C Angus, LLC, (again grass-fed and no antibiotics) medium rare and homemade potato waffles with sour cream and washed down with HteaO Sweet Mint Iced Tea. Then yesterday I baked 24 Caramel Apple Pecan cupcakes and 24 Apple Cider Maple cupcakes for the community bake sale today. Just a pic of the steak.
