Made a huge batch of Clam Chowder from a recipe my friends father gave to me years ago, he begged it off from a guy in a seafood recipe long ago. Secret ingredient is Cheeze Whiz. Didn't sound too good to me when I first heard of it, but it's soo good, only thing that could make it better is some crumbled bacon on top.
