Made a huge batch of Clam Chowder from a recipe my friends father gave to me years ago, he begged it off from a guy in a seafood restaraunt long ago. Secret ingredient is Cheeze Whiz. Didn't sound too good to me when I first heard of it, but it's soo good, only thing that could make it better is some crumbled bacon on top.

We're celebrating Christmas tonight due to my sister's work-schedule, so I'm making lasagna and baked ricotta. May post pics later.
 
We celebrate today and tomorrow. Today we celebrate the German Christmas and tomorrow the American Christmas.

Made a Beef Wellington tonight. Flavor and temp was spot on, but I made my knife marks a lil too deep in the puff pastry so it split on the top. Oh well it tasted great.
 
We're doing our week long (or longer) traditional celebration with a huge amount of home made Middle Eastern and meze food.
