Last year, during a late winter storm, I was travelling home from a nearby city. Due to the driving rain and poor visability on the highway, I hit a series of potholes that not only damaged my front lower control arms, but collapsed the matrix in my catalytic converter.
I managed to limp my Chevy home after a stressful 73 miles and it cost me over $2,500 (USD) to repair!
