If you have a Dremel or other motor tool it is quite easy to fashion your own scribing hook blade from a #11 other blade. I have several modified blades for exterior detail work as I typically fill all the manufacturer's detail - too exaggerated, typically - and re-scribe as needed. Draw the desired shape onto the blade as a profile guide using indelible marker and then fashion the profile using a cut-off wheel. Chisel blades can be modified to contoured shapes for scraping seams at wing fillet/fairing areas. Hypodermic needles can be edge-sharpened to re-create flush rivet detail. Miniature brass tubing can be used for that as well. Very thin flat shim stock sheets can be cut for scribing patterns. McMaster-Carr, an on-line industrial stocking distributor of various supplies and tools has raw stock in small quantities available at acceptable pricing for creating a modeler's tool box.
