There seems to be a little confusion about the date- either 14 March or 4 March, but it's clear that he's gone.

Valery Grygorenko, official artist for Roden and artist for many other products, was killed outside his house in Kyiv. A loss to our model-making community, art in general, and to the Ukraine and his family specifically.

Not to start a political war here since we're honoring a fine artist and his work, but has there been any move from modelers to stop buying products produced in Russia and for that matter China, the greatest human rights abusers on the planet? On my end I only buy Japanese kits or those made in Korea, sadly not many if any made here in America.
