Good news so far. One thing I can point out from far too much experience though, the day after is usually when you start to notice the aches and pains from an accident.

I do have a lead on a replacement vehicle if your interested, it's not a van but will probably hold as much cargo. I'm sure it's not too expensive either.

Shit! That's the car she hit!
Not really.

Great news, Greg. To make you smile; our steam engineer had a '55 Chevy and one day his wife was driving it to their home in Alberta. About half way home, his son called him and told him they were in an accident and Billy's first words were, I sh!t you not, "How's the car?". Divorce proceedings started the next day

I was very careful to ask if she was ok.

Any time I try to talk about money with my wife it turns into a great big blame-a-thon.
Which is really dumb because we have to replace the van she just totalled. Also, now that the youngest kid got his license, it would be convenient to have a third set of wheels. But, I don't deserve nice things.

I finally decided how to organize my DVD's so I'll have room to install my new TV. A key element is some of those plastic storage boxes, about a foot long and about 10 inches wide and maybe 5 or 6 inches high. Sounds easy.

It was not. Dollar Tree had none that size. Home Depot used to but does not even seem to carry of of that kind of stuff any more. I was certain Walmart would have them, but they did not, at least not exactly. I was considering the other container options that Walmart had on hand BUT NONE OF THE ONES I WAS INTERESTED IN HAD ANY PRICES POSTED. Admittedly, they have not had price stickers on the merchandise for decades, but they did not even have price stickers on the shelves. They used to have Price Check scanners around the store where you could scan the bar code but those disappeared years ago. I considered what it would take, hauling them up to the checkouts and getting them scanned, but I decided on another option.

I left without buying anything. Except some doughnuts.
