My daughter's new boyfriend is a gamer, so I've loaned him my 1st Edition copy of Buffalo Wings. We worked through the first training scenario tonight. Played it once as a solitaire scenario with me talking him through the rules. Then a second time with me flying the less maneuverable plane.
It's just a matter of time before my daughter starts complaining to her mom- "Dad stole my boyfriend!"

In Australia we tend to give everything and everyone a nick name. If you take a day off work you are "chuck a sickie". If someone asks what bike you
own of course that became (for Kawasaki) - "I've got a Chuckasickie". Not a derogatory term either - rather a badge of honour as Honda owners have
to tell you they own a Honda.

If you own Moto Guzzi you have a Comeagutzer (come a gutzer means to fall off something).

I have missed many Birthdays, and Anniversaries because of work, so know exactly what you mean !

My brother fell and went into a coma last Friday. At the ER they're determine a full kidney failure and the level of lactate in his blood was 28 mmol/l ( 5 is usually lethal ).

To everybody's surprise, he woke up in the evening. Even more surprising, his brain does not seem to be damaged.

Love you, brother, glad you're still with us.
