I can't view the vid, but rarely do any YT experts cover one of the key factors of Luftwaffe losses: German AA.

Bodenplatt was so secret that the AA batteries were not alerted, which resulted in the bulk of Luftwaffe losses were to friendly fire.

IIRC, about 200 German aircraft were shot down by their own AA whilst returning to base.
