What plane is this?

    Well, its hard to tell for sure, but I believe, Graeme, you were on to something here. Bv 138 had two dorsal turrets, while Ha 138V1 according to this drawing had one and the shape of the wings in the drawing also suggest to possibility that this is, in fact, an Ha 138V1.

    No doubt about it imalko, it's the Ha 138 V1 line drawing from William Green's "Warplanes of the Third Reich", drawn by Dennis Punnett. More than likely taken from here...

    Blohm und Voss BV.138 - flying boat

    By turning the image on end and cropping out the rest, it's a perfect match...
