Yes that is a command there BB!and thks there Guys I have the decals on and most will not notice but I screwed the pooch on the Nat'l insignia

I'm onto a nice little Tiger Moth now.

It's a pity the input in hours isn't proportional to the size of the model, or I'd have it finished already.

It's this 'SMER' kit ..

I'd be interested to see progress. Is it in 1:700, 1:350 or 1:200 ?

I'm diversifying onto a large naval subject soon, although I think I'll still be allowed on this forum as it carries two Curtiss Seahawks

OK, bottom repainted, wheels installed, panel lines re-penciled, and a coat future airbrushed on this time, no pencil runs. How does it look everyone? Have not pasteled the panel rivets yet going to let the future cure a bit more. These are all firsts for me

this is the arizona so far i still have a hell of a lot of work to do on this baby.I will post more pics as i progress on this kit as you can see she is not a weekend build and i hope i am doing the ship justice.BB

Oh yes that is one big bugger and its a sod to move about on the bench but its a very enjoyable kit to build with not to many vices i.e eched brass railings .BB

Wayne, thank you your comments mean a great deal. The wheel had come off the axel a bit. I had to remove them to get the landing gear cover on. Think I'm also going to open the 30mm cannon doors. The kit had a removable wing option but the system allowed the wing to flap up and down about 1.5 - 2cm which looked terrible at the root attachment point so I just glued them on. Going to leave the engine covers open on top as well. Thanks again for all your help

Cammo done on upper surface, engine covers opened, panel lines penciled in, and canopy partially completed. Just have to put a coat of Future down. Please critique

Nice Arizona BB.

Mike, the panel line work looks good to me. The camo for this plane would be a bit of conjecture since none reached service so can't really comment on "correctness". Hard to tell from the pics but what are the colours?

The application looks pretty good. The only thing I see is in the 2nd pic there's a wave of lighter green near the edge of the green/gray demarcation that looks like you didn't quite cover enough but other than that it looks really good. Nice job!
