Thanks guys. Ever so close. I was testing different backgrounds but here's the latest progress. I wanted to show the antenna drooped as seen in the photo but I ended up kinking the thread so it would have looked goofy. There are lots of photos showing the antenna tight when the canopy is closed. The fuselage to antenna.....ahhh....antenna is drooping on the stabilizer.. Usually it is still attached to the spool because I don't want to waste this stuff. For some reason this Uschi Van der Rosen thread is now hard to find and when found it goes for 50$ with shipping. The spool contains 150ft so I'm good for a while

Once the thread is attached, I'll flat coat it, finished weathering the lower side with weathering pencils and fix that pesky windscreen.
