Yes it is! I was four when this came out. Like I said, whole lot of scratching going on!

Still have my Hawk P-51D from the 1950s - wings solid plastic and just glue everything together - grey color plastic - The prop blades were too fragile and always fell off if the model was handled.

Thanks for the kind offer, Evan. I'll give you a heads up if an when I decide to do it. I may do as I did with my old Monogram F6F, use and Eduard kit to take measurements and get out the plastic sheet

Initial paint, but still need the funky antenna and rear wheels have to be rebuilt. Starting on the resin interiors tomorrow.

I worked with a welder who always painted his tools and gloves pink. No one ever stole or even asked to
borrow anything.

I let myself get carried away with the B2M2 interior, but finally closed it up. It went together better than a regular run kit. I broke the machine gun, so purchased another set of Eduard machine guns.

Needed more touch up in the interior and added the dials.

Shame most of it is inside.
