Good stuff, and it's prompted me to get back to a couple of similar projects, when time allows.
I've planned a couple of boxed dioramas, with the 'action' taking place within a Perspex box display, with a sky and horizon background, and 'terrain' base, to scale in relation to altitude. The model(s) will be either on clear acrylic rod 'sticks', or in some cases attached to the rear of the 'box', to give an 'in flight' appearance.

Love this litte Tamiya Pilots. Paint with Tamiya and weathered with Mig Dark Wash . The P-51B an P-47 will be in marking flown by Bob ( Punchy ) Powell of the 352nd FG. Hellcat not sure yet of markings. Still more work to do but getting close :) 13174217_10208433714973312_1362448586548315512_n.jpg 13178632_10208433718533401_1500783813316687537_n.jpg 13178972_10208433717693380_2672310039520175247_n.jpg 13220856_10208433717173367_1253739676688067202_n.jpg 13227204_10208433716053339_8992372639546998724_n.jpg 13239112_10208433713973287_481452019970151857_n.jpg 13239948_10208433718853409_8441732938108707204_n.jpg 13241142_10208433719053414_1379508587782888274_n (1).jpg 13241142_10208433719053414_1379508587782888274_n.jpg
