At times I think we need to be like Wayne and have a mobile bench so as we can move outside and play.
 
As in, the environs extending beyond the walls of one's usual abode. Characterized by exposure to natural weather conditions, without artificial air conditioning or other shelter. May involve dangerous exposure to ultraviolet radiation, rogue vehicles, or errant golf balls.
 
Well, I couldn't help myself. I managed to cleanly remove the hydraulic lines and move them up a tad into the bomb bay. That allowed me to fabricate the cast aluminum fuel gallery to which a number of fuel hoses will be attached. The fuel gallery is made up of 9 pieces (1 piece of shaped sprue, 3 bits of stretched sprue, and 5 pieces of plastic tube).

Here are a couple of close-ups of the fuel gallery which is essentially a multiple-port valve.

And now, with the fuselage halves finally glued together, I added the hoses to the bomb bay walls.

Love it! Very nicely done Andy, and it'll make a heck of a difference visually.
Making me want to get back to my 32nd scale FBVI conversion - and I've just realised, now that I have the new cabinets, I can finish a number of projects which have been stalled due to lack of display space!
 
Sometimes you gotta move it, we all know how it is, or it starts to pick at you :)
