Agree with all the above, and it's looking good so far.
One small point though - items such as canopies (if it's fixed in place) and other delicate bits - aerials, landing gear legs etc, are best left off, if possible, until all painting, decalling and clear coating is completed, to prevent damage or loss. A quick check of the build sequence, and what is and isn't possible, should give some idea of what can be fitted later.
