Try a B-58 Hustler. Three cockpits, one after another. Two aft only have a small window on either side. SR-71 aft cockpit 80k feet + and tiny window on either side.Yep, a crew of 3, wouldn't want to be claustrophobic with only a wee window to gaze out of.
