Try a B-58 Hustler. Three cockpits, one after another. Two aft only have a small window on either side. SR-71 aft cockpit 80k feet + and tiny window on either side.

Short of like being a gunner on a tank but without the spinning turret thing. Never eat the greasy food and then ride cross country and try the rotate the turret fast while looking through the sight.
