Just built a very old mould from Revell (1962). I built it as a vintage, with a lot of fix, and a lot of putty, but without erasing those obsolete rivets...
I have had a lot of fun !

Nice! I remember having three of those kits, hanging from the bedroom ceiling, attacking a formation of He111s, with Spits 'further out' taking on Bf109s, back in about 1963 ! My Mum wasn't very impressed with the 'contrails' painted on the ceiling though .....

Btw, extra points if there were AA airbursts put in strategic places and painted cotton puffs in the wings for gun fire plus for those being damaged or shot down! :lol:
 
But did you do the bullet holes Terry? (Thinned and carved from the inside as per Mr. Sheperd Paine's battle damaged B-17 instructions...)..? :)
