Of course Putin sees the presence of Leopard 2s in Ukrainian service as threatening. Once again he complains about being threatened, while saying "We are not sending our tanks to their [i.e. NATO nations'] borders" while entirely forgetting that the Leopard 2s wouldn't even be in Ukraine if he hadn't invaded.
