Are you talking TV? I don't know what you blokes have going on over there but here in the US most of the offerings are a vast wasteland of vapidity. I could use a real drama.

Sons of Arnachy is excellent. Between that, House, NCIS and Law and Order I really could do without it. Well, at least until Justified comes back on.

That's the main reason I never replaced my TV went it went 'putt'. Having worked with a couple of TV production companies over the last few years, it doesn't surprise me that the programmes are so bad (on British TV anyway). Even at the basic levels, in, for instance, research and design, it's evident that the work is done by new graduates, who seem to use very basic reference sources, and by the time it gets to the screen, most isn't worth watching. And as for the 'band wagon' of the cheap, inane drivel known as 'reality TV' - b*ll*cks !!
