I cannot help feeling that that is a trial shot. The aircraft is too clean looking and I find it hard to believe that you would rely on a couple of cables to hold it in place in combat. Just doesn't feel right

There were 4 Army B-26 aircraft quickly modified to carry Navy Mk13 torpedos at the start of the Battle of Midway. Two made through the Japanese defenses, none scored a hit.

You can be sure that these quick modifications didn't look "pretty"...

They forgot how to torpedo?. Did that once on CFS3, dropped a torpedo from a B-25 on a bridge, direct hit.

If I remembered the story correctly they had never been shown how to do it, but it could be an urban myth.

You can be fairly sure, that when the pilots and crew of the B-26s stationed at Midway went through their school, dropping a torpedo wasn't one of the subjects

In answer to your question, yes it *technically* could, as would any vintage warplane...but it's survival rate would be questionable in today's battlefield environment.
