Well, here I am with the epilogue of my dio..In reality,two or three days later,on February 19 1944, the Americans bombed Taroa airfield on the Marshall islands where my dio is set and this very Betty was destroyed in the ground..The wreck of its tail was last seen in 2003..I had the chance to exchange e mails with the man who was happy to touch this unlucky big bird called the 'Hamaki' or the cigar for the Americans..
