Attaching the rear swing arm suspension assembly to the frame assembly and engine assembly.





Fitting on the exhaust which was pr-assembled a couple of weeks ago when doing all the air brushing.

Thanks Karl. Tires do not have the smell of rubber so I guess they are made of some form of synthetic material. The completed bike is quite light and this big rear wheel will be up on a stand so I do not think there will be much misshape as time rolls on.

So racing on were sorting out the front suspension, all the fiddly little bits.


and the finished product.



Now to the handlebar assembly, I'd already put these together for spray painting some time back so it was just a case of fitting.

Well were almost at the end of the road. All the bits required to sit the butt on and make it look like a sleek machine.






Not quite finished yet but she is looking good.



Tomorrow will see the final shots when she is all dressed up in her Sunday best.
