Thanks for looking in folks, much appreciated.........................Nothing very enterprising today, just worked on the tail lighting and reflectors and installed a few bits on the engine hood and rear wing.

Hood attached.....................Had a bit of a problem later in the day when one of the hood retention brackets 'pinged'. Its now in cyber space or the carpet monster claimed it so I had to do a hasty mod.

The front end with hood, dry fit.

FOD grills. :D

Thanks for looking in folks. A little more progress today..........................

The doors assembled. I have to say that I'm a little disappointed that the inner door panels are screwed in, the later model cars have use stiff rubber posts pushed into slots.

The front brake cooling pipes.

A couple of shots from down under. The engine compartment is very compact.

So almost build complete. I realised after this assembly that I will have to remove the front end to fit the doors, they are held in by a couple of clips and as hard as I try, I can't get them to click in, with the front end on, I can't see what I am doing. All I got for my efforts was one of the right rear widows popping. I'm also not happy with the bonnet hood being slightly pushed up by the right light, this is caused by the fuel spill prevention cup, I'll have to see what I can do with this tomorrow. :D

Thanks for the comments and likes folks..................................Almost finished.

All the decals are on and thankfully with no mishaps.

I've just noticed that blemish on the rear left wing (pic 4), a bit of a missed spot while brush applying a couple of protective coats, will have to see if I can fix it.
