Ok George, here are some more shots of the the 53' Chevy Wagon. The color on the firewall will be the main color and the rim color will be changed to match the firewall. The wood section is from the drip rail down to the main bulge below the windows and will also include the entire rear gate section. The wood will be painted on. Above the wood section will be a light tan.

WOW, nice work so far, she is going to be a great looking wagon and nice color choice.

Thank you Merv, the boss picked the colors.

I love the old wagons. If need be, how big a deal is it to replace a vintage window/windshield?

Geo

It's not to difficult George. The windshield is mounted in a gasket that has a channel molded into it for the glass and one for the pinchweld. Both of these being offset from each other. It usually takes about ten minutes as long as the glass is the correct size.

Wow, nice!

Thank you Eric.

Thank you Wurger.

So fantastic as museum display, Aaron!

Thank you Shinpachi.

Nice shots Aaron!

Thank you Hugh.

Thank you Vic. I went out yesterday and found a couple ancient buildings to take photos of. One is all but gone.
