Here's a selection of shots of the CAF's B24A / LB30B in both of her paint schemes. The first batch back in 2005 atOshkosh when she was painted up as Diamond Lil and the next section as "Ol 927" last year at the CAF Airsho.

When parading as Diamond Lil, she graced our UK skies a while back when she was flown over to participate in a number of Airshows and together with the UK based B-17 Sally B, they made a great pair rumbling around the circuit.

I personally reckon she looks better in her latest scheme....more business like !

Anybody have any other shots ?

A few from my collection. Mainly the new inside. These where taken right after the modification happened. As they told me the inside was not finished when it showed up at EAA.

Great shots! Agreed Gary that new scheme is the stuff!

A question: is the tail gunners position been modified? ie not very original or is that how they were on the B-24D models?
