FWIW according to Wiki there are 18 total F-86 / Candair CL-13s flying in the US...
 
Just an update. My PC went hard down and I've been off for awhile. I'm visiting up in Washington state now but SHOULD be home and back up and online again by the end of the month.

Miss everyone but don't exactly have much access just now ...

So ... Syscom, I guess we'll have to do the San Diego thing maybe near the end of July. Looking forward to it.
 
The lead is a Canadair with an Orenda and the wingmen are US F-86's with J-47's. The Orenda has about 2,500 pounds more thrust ... and doesn't smoke.

Down on the starboard side just behind the wing root is a scoop. If it is a NACA duct, it is a US Sabre; if it is an external scoop; it is a Canadair.
