Blah, disaster! I started to apply the decals today and look what happened!! The ones on the rear aren't too bad, but the large decal on the nose has bubbled up. I've pricked the bubbles with a sharp scalpel but when I try to force the air out, the decal just starts to rip. Suggestions!

Yep I've tried the pin prick but used a gloss coat to hep set it, maybe this was a mistake? The decals are thickish, but I've never had these drama's before.
 
well, I finally got all the decals on and what a disaster it has been! The decals were as thick as paper and the results speak for themselves. I've never had this problem before, therefore I blame the decals! :lol: Anyway my efforts have been wasted and I'm ever so slightly p*ssed. I'll get the other props on and post my completed model thread soon. :(

Andy, somewhat the same problem I had with the Italerie decals which were also thick. I just kept hitting them with -sol every few hours for a day. I've learned to make very sure I have a smooth gloss finish under the decal.
From your pics they really don't look bad
