Well I think this has turned out as one of the better cockpits I've ever done. I finally found a use for that Testors masking tape I bought over a year ago. It came in 4 different sizes and talk about low tack. Paper sticks better to anything. Anyway the thin stuff seemed about right for seat belts.

AM molded the dive brakes into the wing, right or wrong does not matter but the slotted nature means you can see through, though they are offset, at rage right angles you would ne able to see daylight top to bottom. So I'll have to card stock a bay. Bay colors seem to be the same as exterior colors. Shot a bit of Vallejo primer this morning.

Haven't don much this weekend, mounted the air scoops above and below and a little putty work, I got in a mask for the canopy. will try and get a little sanding done later after the wife goes to work.

Nice progress! Be careful with the Montex masks... I have had trouble with the black canopy masks lifting off of curved surfaces.
