    1/48 P-39 Airacobra - Allied Manufactured Aircraft

    User Name: fubar57
    Name: George
    Category: Advanced
    Kit: Revell
Accessories: Some wire, seat belts, decals.

My subject is a P-39Q Zebra Training aircraft, used to train air-gunners. This was the forerunner to the P-63 Pinball aircraft. I'll be doing the center aircraft.

Thanks to all who popped in with advice and comments, always greatly appreciated.

Great job Geo, especially that tricky colour scheme !
If possible, could you lighten the pics a tad ?
This can be done by adjusting the Gamma reduction in 'Irfanview', just a touch, so that surface detail can be seen easier.

Hope these are better Terry. Funny thing is, this will be the third time I've uploaded these as the first time I thought they were too bright so I darkened them a bit.
