BTW, the first ones are the ailerons, not the flaps. If you have these 'positioned', one would be up and the other down, which is not usual for an aircraft of this size, when on the ground. The elevators however, were often seen very slightly 'drooped' on the Dak/C-47.
The flaps are inboard, under the wings, and would normally be retracted on the ground, but, through hydraulic 'bleed off', could sometimes be seen, again very slightly, drooped.
