I had done stuff like control panels and small bits like levers, but that's the first time I did a big assembly like that. It really wasn't too hard.
I started the painting but still have a ways to go on it. Pictures when I'm further along.

Life has been getting in the way of modeling lately, but I have been sneaking in 5 minutes here and there and thought I'd post the results of the last couple of weeks. I painted the base colors on both the seats and cockpit tub and added some head pads made from pieces of thick plastic sheet. Nothing has been given a wash or weathering and none of the detail painting has been done yet. Doesn't really look like much for a couple of weeks work, but lately I'm lucky to get any time at all at my bench.
