It's Terry's defense mechanism. He really likes the build, but his underlying psychosis about the Wildcat will not allow him to consciously admit it. Therefore, his subconscious mind sees something other than a Wildcat, in order for him to publicly state he likes it. It's either that or is f***ing with us all.
