Thanks guys.
Just to document my procedure for making flap, aileron, rudder and elevator hinges.

I have a gadget with a recess.
I place the flap against the edge
at the hinge point, there are four.
GB21_F4F_27-a.jpg
With an etched saw I cut a slot.
GB21_F4F_27-b.jpg
I then mark the wing at the cuts.
GB21_F4F_27-c.jpg
A strip of ,4mm styrene
GB21_F4F_27-d.jpg
I mark the end of the strip
to the slot height
GB21_F4F_27-e.jpg
Trim the strip to the Inside
shape of the wing to fit.
GB21_F4F_27-f.jpg
Like this.... it's not flat inside.
GB21_F4F_27-g.jpg
Slip the shaped piece into the
Flap slot, slide into the wing
GB21_F4F_27-h.jpg

One down, three, no 7 to go!
DO NOT glue to flap, just
use the flap to locate. Use
the needle to glue the strip
INSIDEE the wing, top and
bottom, both sides.
