So looking at the exterior I notice there is a step just above the gear strut.
But of course, I just have to build them, one each side.
And add some piping! It's not attached yet. There is a hand hold next to it I will use wire.....

But of course the screens are not correct.
The top one next to my finger does Not form to the bend, it's above it on the straight.
The one at the back is also sarrower, and higher.
Above and below That vent screen is a cut out hand hold for swinging the tail to the stowage position.
I will change this!!
Clearance lights as well are not as in the kit!
It goes on and on.

So, continuing on with Details that drive on nuts........
I smoothed the steps, they are not boxes attached to the sides. And had I noticed I would have squared the tops as they are not arced either.
I also added rails for the cargo door, they fit neatly under the top and bottome edges.
Also added stretched sprue for the piping along the side over the hatch.
The slide rail for the co-pilot window.
Glued on the step, hand hold to come later.
I do have caps for the fuel tanks, there are three. Painted red they will go in later.

You can see what the kit steps look like, just a box! Not.
Adde the step under the pilots window as the other side.
Piping over the window.
