Don, you can cut the lead wire where the clear part goes and CA glue a length of clear stretched sprue. Or just scratch off the paint and leave it silver.
That sounds good. Geo, the kit part is for the eduard. I don't see one in the Hasegawa kit, that's why the lead.

Well I'm working the wing and, (I did mention I bought this second hand, right), well it seems the first owner started and installed the gun covers on the wings in reverse. I'll have to try and cut them off, I think I might I maybe able to use razor blade to get in under gently remove them so as to reuse them.

Actually these bulges aren't the gun covers but a part of wheel bays. These blisters were introduced with G-3 version that got larger wheels.
But you are right these have been attched reversed.

Ok thanks for the correction. I was able to get them off with out too much of an issue, save for, I have no idea where they flew off to!

Well, I found one but despite a heavy search I came up short on the other. I know it's some where in the room, it sounded like ping ping ping ricochet rabbit. I ordered another just to steal parts and maybe it'll show up.

OK so my replacement (parts) kit came in yesterday but I had no time to deal with it as I worked till 2100 hr locally. This morning while on the phone with Dale I took the upper wings and wing well bumps from the new kit and then put the wings together and matted them to the kit and add the gun shroud for the nose guns. calles for add in the prop but it's too early to do that. It's definitely a Hasegawa, nice fit all the way around but it's a lot older then the Eduard and I'm thinking that as nice as it is it will not come close to the Eduard. We'll see.

the driving of the fuel for the 109 if it does not bring the kit (very rare that I bring it from certain times back), I use 0'13mm cable of electronics and for the glass I usually put blister stretched from the transparent ones, I always leave some piece saved to make transparent pieces like spotlights and round crystals

Been moving right along but I've been having AB issues and not totally sure where the issue lies. Fact is I normally blame myself. I tried to get my Paasche VL working but got some real issues there so I went back to my H. Had a little issue there as I'm having to push 30+ PSI to get Model Airs to move. I started thinning it pretty heavily and got the PSI down to 20 and a nice flow. I'd been talking AB with Dale quite a bit in the last couple of weeks and he had me pretty much talked into getting a Paasche Talon but I was just waiting for the funds, when I got a text from him today asking if I had received a package in the mail. I went out and sure enough I had received a package from Midwest Airbrush Supplies. I had to explane to my wife I did not order the AB we had discussed I was not me and then thank Dale for my new Talon.
