**** DONE: GB-46 1:48 La-7 - WW2 Eastern Front / Twin Engine A/C, Transports and Gliders

Good start Karl, there's no stopping you!

Don't start researching every little part, it's terminal!
Your research time will tripple build time,
then you will be like me and never finish GB's!

That is sure looking nice, Karl.

Got the fuselage together( somehow i deleted the picture ! ) and then joined to the wings

So Eduard give you the tail stripes as red on clear film so you have to paint the tail white first.
i was planning on painting the red stripes but the decals for the red star, some small stencils and a small white badge on fin tip are all printed as one on the large tail decal !

So tail was painted white.

The picture makes it look much rougher than it is
I plan to paint the rest, leaving the tails off until the decals for the fin are on and settled, here's hoping they fit.

Lovely work so far!

Little bit of progress from yesterday.
got the underside painted, and also the red nose, two thin straps on the nose need masking and painting aluminium but will do that after i get the top side painted grey.
