I never would have thought of that.Run some black paint on the innards of one fuselage half with a brush. While still wet, close the halves together, open, and the interference area should be transferred in black on the other side
Wish I'd have thought of that before. Anywho, i got the section aft of the nose well closed. Forward I can patch if I don't tear it apart and do the wet paint thing. Thanks but to get it all to fit correctly it was IMHO quite necessary to get thr fuselage to fit correctly. I filed around the matting point until it allowed me to close trying not to let the cone go back. I think I got it right. It was offset to the left originally and was driving me crazy in the first place anyway. Nice set, never knew it existed till now.To be honest the nose looked good. You could use some of a putty for the front ring to level the difference at the join. The cone seems to be fine as it seems the Eduard replicated it as the maximal moved forward one.
