Thanks all. To install the stall strip on the leading edge of the right wing one has to cut a notch out (A). There is not stop line so you have to estimate how far to cut and then cut across to finish. Too far and you have a gap behind the strip that will need to be filled. Nailed it


Major parts together and seam clean-up to commence. Paint will fly tomorrow

Stall strips are funny things.
The stall strip onna Stearman is about a foot long, if I remember correctly. Who wold guess a little triangle piece could have so much influence on the handling of such a huge AC as a Corsair!
 
Thanks guys. Glued the wing centre section to the fuselage; best fit I have ever had. The wings re just posing but I have to be very careful with them now. The left was a very tight fit and I heard the faintest snap as it seated. When you only have 60% hearing, this is serious




Going on a story book walk/fireworks thang with the family in about 2 minutes. Maybe paint, maybe not
