decals finished, also got the prop and spinner done and the landing gear as well but no pics of those as the camera died !

ok got the landing gear attached and the prop and spinner, just need to touch up the tires and then onto the canopy and the last fiddly bits !

Looks great Karl! Decal softener is a must for spirals in my opinion.

yep - you cant get spirals to settle down without softner; and you may need to just gently nick or peirce it (with a REALLY sharp (read: NEW) blade) to assist that little bit more...

Seems to have settled a little better now it has dried, if i can get to the shop i will hit it with some softener.

Sorry for my absence - not had an awful lot of time to commit to the Dora of late and what little time I have had I've spent sanding the cockpit and engine plug little by little to ensure the fuselage closed up just right. Apologies for the blurry pics - tried lots of things to eliminate flash wash but these are the best I could manage.

A test fit of the gun cowl showed no major gaps
