I am absolutely appalled by the uproar over Phil Robertson's comments in a G.Q. interview.
While I do not agree with his views, I respect and defend his right to say them.
It is the First Amendment, and if we lose that one, it's all over.
If any group tries to stifle the opinions of those that oppose them, it is a sign of weakness.
Glad I got that off my chest.
And may I say, as the resident Atheist,

That's the problem nowdays, intolerance.
Seems like there's a movement to become offended at the slightest twitch, but here is the problem: what may ok for those people might be viewed as offensive to others.

There's alot of things that I don't like, but I'm not going to soil myself and throw a temper-tantrum over every little thing that bothers me. And I would expect the same from others. Tolerance, it's not that hard.
