Judging by the markings on the turrets , the armoured tractors belonged to the Reichswehr but not to the Landespolizei or the Freikorps. I have to dig deeper.

Edit .. yes, these are the dummy tanks based on the Linke-Hofmann-Bush tractor and used be the Reichswehr in late 20'. There were about 16 or more of the panzerattrappe built. In 1934 these tracked tractor-based training tanks were replaced with the Panzerkampfwagen I.
