Accessories: This kit is a land based Spitfire, but I intend to scratch build floats to make it a Mk-Vb Spitfire Floatplane.

The floatplane is finished. Here are the required pic's, plus a couple more. When my neighbor, with the backyard pool, comes back from vacation, I will get pic's of the floatplane on the water. FWIW, I am not happy about how several things came out. The stabilizer breaking off three times really screwed things up.

edit: 1940... Check down a ways, I have pic's of the floatplane actually on the water.

As Promised, here are some pic's taken Wednesday evening at my neighbors in ground pool. It actually floats ! And, with 150 turns on the prop will taxi about twenty feet. The first three were taken by the steps into his pool....The bottom paint is a pale green. Enjoy....
