As you can see on the pictures ,due to the decals fiasco I wasn't able to finish this model the way I wanted. Because of that (and because I missed the GB deadline anyway), I'm asking the judges to consider this model as an uncompetitive entry to this Group Build. At some point, when I find replacement decals and when I'm up to it, I'll probably return to this model to address this issues and try to fix them. But for now I consider this one done and putting her on the shelf in the display cabinet.

Igor, I've had good success with gloss coat, a decal solvent, then dull coat. It seems to eliminate 'silvering'. I also put the weathering and highlighting on before the dull coat.

That notwithstanding, it looks very good.
