Could be going with this one then:

F-4B b/n 152973
1966: VF-21 as "NE-101".
9/20/1966: Crashed near Thanh Hoa, North Vietnam.
Both crewmen seems to be still reported as MIA.
This is not the only problem, I've also seen her as b/n 152073

...and I've only found a C/G pic of what she might have looked like...

After some emails to Nate at Forgotten Jets, it has been confirmed that the F-4B 152073 should be 152973, as 152073 is an A-4E Skyhawk....
