Turns out she had a mind of her own, which the new "King" didn't like. So he dumped her, then flew off to Germany to continue his whoremongering.
Most of the Thai people think he's a disgrace to his Father's memory, and would like the military to do a coup.
Guess it's good to be the King....until you're not.
Nah. Must better to pull the strings behind the scenes and wield the real power. Everyone always targets the guy with crown!

That video was done back when the CONDOR Squadron in Van Nuys still had the original members. Most of them have since passed on unfortunately and if any of you ever had the privilege of witnessing their air show performances, you are indeed blessed.

The Condor Squadron would stage a mock dog fight with huge explosions and after the "battle" was over, Jim Modes would perform a wonderful aerobatic routine. I had the pleasure of meeting him in Madera Ca once and found him to be a really nice individual.
