Something a bit more serious!
The lady on the left is Beth Hutchinson (nee Booth) who was awarded the British Empire Medal for her actions in 1943 when she dragged the observer from a burning Swordfish (hence the aircraft in the background) with complete disregard for her own safety. She beat out the flames on, and removed, his smouldering clothing with her bare hands whilst debris from the burning and exploding aircraft rained down around them. She then drove the badly injured airman nine miles to the nearest doctor. Unfortunately he did not survive.
Lieutenant Commander Polly Hatchard, standing next to Mrs Hutchinson, was the first female RN officer to reach the South Pole!
