Yes, he does between 20 and 30 depending on the year. I wish we could do that where I live but maples don't grow where I am. Chinooks play havoc with them.

The last two days has seen two liters of maple syrup finished.
The weather for the next 3 or 4 days should have the sap pouring out of the trees so I will be busy. Model building will have to wait.

Maple syrup production season has ended. Now it is maple syrup eating season and no better way to enjoy it than over some vanilla ice cream.

Not real big Northern Pike but a real nice size for eating. Great day fishing and super to spend it with my son.

Had a great day fishing today. Went out with my son and a friend and caught more than our limit. The photo shows the 12 Walleye we caught that we were allowed to keep. 4 each X three people. We caught as many again that we had to release to remain legal. We also caught 10 or 11 pike, all of which we released.
I believe I may have been wearing the lucky shirt.
