A piece of an American B-24 bomber that flew its last mission nearly 65 years ago has resurfaced in Hungary.

From what I have seen in the news and discussion boards, apart from the engine, its only small aluminium debris of the size of a nickel... usually thats all they find under the soil after so many years.

Though some years ago, a complete and fairly intact Ju 88G nightfighter was raised from the Lake Balaton. Its being restored even now IIRC.
